Before you sign anything, we want you to see what your calls and emails actually say. That is why our primary product is the Pilot Report: a structured analysis of your real data, with concrete numbers and automation opportunities.

AI recognizes its limits

We do not claim AI solves everything. We claim it solves what can be solved, and honestly shows what cannot. Complex complaints, emotional conversations, escalations: these are cases where humans do better.

One stack instead of four vendors

Our clients should not have to stitch together a chatbot vendor, a voicebot vendor, analytics, and process automation from different sources. We build all of it under one roof, with one feedback loop.

Regional language is not optional

Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian. These are not afterthoughts. Our models are trained on native speech patterns, not translated from English. Accent-aware, dialect-aware, code-switching-aware.

We do not sell 'AI potential.' We sell concrete metrics: first contact resolution rate, automation coverage percentage, cost per interaction, sentiment trends. If we cannot measure it, we do not promise it.
