StartAI builds voice and chat agents for sales and support, the automation that turns those conversations into completed work, and the analytics that read every one of them. We are a small team in Novi Sad. The same people who publish our research write the systems that run in production.

Production AI is a young field, and a lot of what works stays undocumented, passed between teams and never written down. We write ours down. These four peer-reviewed papers cover the AWS architecture, the runtime choices, and the multi-agent methods the platform runs on. Each one is indexed with a DOI, so you can read the source rather than take our word for it.

01What does StartAI build?
AI voice and chat agents that complete a business process, from the conversation to the action in your system, and verify the result there rather than inferring it.
02Does the AI replace people?
No. It takes the repetitive, high-volume work, overflow, after-hours and routine requests, so your team spends its time on the conversations that actually need a human. On anything sensitive the AI proposes and a person makes the final call. The goal is to give people more capacity, not fewer of them.
03How are results measured?
Outcomes are confirmed in the client's own production system, not estimated from the conversation. For one client, the sales chatbot produced 3,751 verified contracts in Q3 2026.
04Which languages do the agents support?
They work in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian and English natively, and can handle virtually any language your customers use. We tune and test each one on your real conversations before go-live.
05How long does deployment take?
Four phases: discovery, custom build, testing with your team, and the final version. A scoped test environment can run first.
